Q: I’m an existing affiliate (Preferred Member) and have cashback in my e-wallet. How do I request a withdrawal?
A: To request a cashback withdrawal, affiliates (Preferred Members) must have a minimum personal spend of SGD 500 within the 6 months prior to the request. This helps ensure that our affiliate partners remain active users of our products and continue to share from a place of sincerity and personal experience.
If your recent purchases align with the cashback withdrawal eligibility, please complete this form and kindly notify us via email (hello@nakedblend.co) once it’s submitted. Our team will handle it from there.
Note: The minimum SGD 500 personal spend can be met by combining related accounts.

Q: What happens if I haven’t made any purchases for 1 to 2 years?
We believe in advocacy through personal experience. If there is no purchase activity on your affiliate (Preferred Member) account through our HQ website for 12 consecutive months, your affiliate status will be lapsed and automatically converted to a regular user account.
