How soon can I expect to receive my package?

Orders are packed and shipped out within 2 working days. You should expect to receive your package 5 – 7 working days after you have placed your order.

Our working hours are:
Weekdays (10am to 7pm), except Public Holidays.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your parcel is packed. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a fulfillment confirmation along with a tracking number to trace the movement of your package. Alternatively, you may access the tracking link via your order history if you have an account with us.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you have made a mistake in your shipping address, kindly email within 2 hours of placing your order. Please indicate ‘CHANGE OF ADDRESS’ as the email subject and provide your full name, order number, and the corrected shipping address.

Should I be present to receive the package?

We recommend that you choose to receive your parcel in person to prevent the risk of loss or theft. If you opt to instruct the delivery personnel to leave your parcel unattended upon delivery (e.g., leave at the doorstep or riser), kindly note that we are not responsible for any lost and/or damages to your item(s).

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to most countries worldwide, including Australia, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States of America (USA), among others.

All packages are subject to customs inspection, which may require additional days. If your package is withheld by your local customs office, please contact them for further assistance.
Please note that any taxes and fees charged upon delivery are the responsibility of the buyer. Courier fees do not include import tax and duties. Import tax and duty fees for your country will be borne by you (the customer).
Please ensure your contact number is accurate in case your local authorities need to contact you regarding import-related duty and tax.

In the event the recipient is uncontactable after multiple attempts, the courier company will return the package to Singapore. A re-delivery fee will be charged should we need to resend the package overseas again.
